One of the main obstacles for Chapter 1, a charity organisation providing 140 student accommodation rooms at Xenia near Waterloo, was how to manage all the associated HVAC plant in this 24/7 environment. Cube created a unique BMS Controls solution based upon Priva BMS equipment to resolve this. Employing Cube Intelligent Occupancy Detection to manage the high number of remote areas and services meant the overall heating and ventilation system only operated when it truly needed to and did so in an energy efficient manner that involved little to no user input.
Cube is pleased to further its on-going relationship with Chapter 1 as it continues to maintain these energy efficient systems for them.
