The possibility of energy shortages and failures in the next 12 months is very much a reality. Many companies are totally unaware as to both their resilience to an energy failure or their ability to recover from it. All to often companies shy away from Black Building Tests as they are worried about what systems will not come back on line in a fully working state. It is far better to discover this under controlled conditions than in the depths of an actual emergency.
